This is a personal site. It collects as little as possible and never sells or shares your data. This page explains the two places where data is involved — the contact form and analytics — and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Daniel De Luca. You can reach me about anything on this page at mail@danieldeluca.it.
The contact form
When you send a message, I receive the name, email address and message you type. That's used solely to read and reply to you. Submissions are transmitted to a private automation endpoint (self-hosted n8n) over an encrypted connection and are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation — no longer than 30 days after it's resolved. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.
To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly, cookieless challenge. Cloudflare processes a one-time token and basic technical signals to tell humans from bots; it does not track you across sites. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, this site uses a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool (self-hosted Umami). It records aggregated, anonymous usage — page views, referrer, approximate country, device type — without cookies and without any data that identifies you personally. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
Hosting & delivery
The site is served as static files from a private server, delivered through Cloudflare's network. Like any web server, standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be processed transiently for security and delivery, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the data you've sent me, object to its processing, or request a copy. Because the only personal data I hold is what you choose to send through the form or by email, exercising these rights is as simple as writing to me — I'll act on it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes to how contact data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
